?Controls how duration is calculated. A 10-day task takes 2 calendar weeks in 5-day mode, but only 10 calendar days in 7-day mode. Also affects weekend shading on the Gantt chart.
?Define named phases (e.g. Planning, Design, Construction) to group your tasks. Phases appear as color-coded headers in the Gantt and progress bars in the dashboard. Drag or use arrows to reorder.?Automatically sets task start dates by cascading through dependencies from the Project Start date. Tasks with no dependencies start at project start; tasks with dependencies start the day after their last predecessor finishes.
?Save: Downloads your schedule as a .json file. Keep this file to resume later, share with colleagues, or back up your work.
Load: Opens a previously saved .json schedule file. This replaces your current schedule.
Auto-save: Your schedule also auto-saves in this browser. But clearing browser data will erase it, so save to a file for safety.
Sync:?Push your schedule tasks to the Resource Planner so staff can be assigned. Pull back to see who’s assigned to each task. Both tools share data via your browser’s local storage using a sync key.
